Therapy Approach
Assessment findings will direct what occupational therapy treatment approach will best address the identified concerns. Treatment approaches often used are Sensory Integration, Motor Skill Acquisition, and Developmental. As we progress through therapy with your kiddo, you will soon become familiar with the principles of the relevant treatment approach. Consistent implementation of treatment principles is what brings about change and will bring us closer to reaching the therapy goals for your kiddo.
A variety of standardised and non-standardised assessments tests are used to obtain a detailed understanding of your kiddo's strengths and areas that need strengthening.
